Recognized as "One of the Top 100 Meeting Professionals to Watch" by Convention South Magazine, she served on the Board of Directors for the Society of Government Meeting Professionals National Capital Chapter and received various accolades, including two "Contract Planner of the Year" awards and the NATCPA President’s Award for Excellence.

With extensive experience managing conferences for groups ranging from 5 to 5,000 individuals, Cindy‘s client portfolio includes notable organizations such as the Federal Aviation Administration, United States Postal Service, and Department of Defense. She has presented at national conferences, served on advisory boards, and contributed to the development of industry certification programs, including the Certified Government Meeting Professional designation.

Debbie is a Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) with over seventeen years of experience in meeting planning and association management, serves as Executive Director for the North Carolina State Troopers Association (NCTA) since 2009, overseeing 2100+ members. Under her leadership, membership has tripled, and she has successfully managed a corporate store, reducing the need for fundraising. She also manages day-to-day operations, finances, payroll, and board support. As the Registration Manager, Debbie‘s oversee‘s online registration services for federal agencies and associations. With a background in database management and sales team administration, her expertise spans project management, database development, on-site management, and contract negotiation.

In her 6-year tenure at MSI, she serves as Membership Director, overseeing 1800 members. Rhenda manages membership records, dues invoicing, and serves as backup for the Executive Director, contributing to all aspects of association management. Her strengths lie in team-focused approaches, organizational skills, and effective staff management. She excels in staff training, hiring, evaluation, and leadership development. Rhenda holds a Certified Association Executive designation through ASAE, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth.

Katie has 14 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, and management, Katie has transitioned this depth of experience to association management at Meeting Services Inc. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive attitude make her an invaluable member of our team. Serving as Assistant Executive Director for an 1800-member organization, she coordinates board meetings, manages committee tasks, oversees publications, website updates, and membership needs. Katie spearheaded the seamless transition of a 500-person hybrid conference to a fully virtual event in just over two weeks, setting a new standard for future events and expanding revenue streams and educational opportunities for the organization‘s members.

With more than six years of experience in meeting and event management, Megan brings extensive expertise to event planning. She has orchestrated events ranging from small gatherings to large conferences, hosting up to 1500 attendees. Megan holds a CHIA certification (Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics), a ServSafe Certification, and earned her bachelor‘s degree in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro while double minoring in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Her proficiency in meeting management spans meticulous preparation, venue selection, BEO review, timeline development, committee collaboration, registration packet oversight, logistics and operations, on-site conference management, budgeting, social media management, and menu selection. After each event, Megan conducts thorough reviews and creates the post event survey for attendees, ensuring each gathering leaves a lasting positive impact.

Her organizational prowess and writing skills have led to securing contracts with both private and government entities. Renée specializes in APP development, crafting applications for clients such as the Federal Mediation Consolidation Agency and NOAA-University of MD Eastern Shore, facilitating information flow for conferences while reducing printing costs.She has provided conference planning and administrative support to the Federal Aviation Administration, managing events like the Annual International Aviation Safety Forum. Before transitioning to the private sector, Renée enjoyed a distinguished 23-year career in the federal government as executive administrator for a U.S. District Court Judge. Holding a Top Secret, SCI Clearance assigned by the Department of Justice, Renée's commitment to excellence and security shines through her work.
