9:00-12 midnight       Celebration DJ, dancing and cash bars

Dress Code for this event is as follows:

Social Hours: Appropriate casual civilian attire

Formal ceremony:

Soldiers and Airmen:  Blue Mess Evening Dress, Army Service Uniform with bow tie

Non-Military Spouses and Guest:  Semi-Formal for Ladies, suit and tie for gentlemen

Retirees: Optional Blue Mess Evening Dress or Semi-Formal for ladies, suit and tie for gentlemen.

Celebration beyond cermony: appropriate cocktail or casual civilian attire.
