Sponsorship Levels and Details

  • Sponsorships, and associated benefits, will be based upon the level of contribution --
    Premier Partnership, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
  • Premier Partnership will be offered display space in a designated Sponsor Area.
  • All sponsors may display information at a combined designated table in the registration area.
  • All sponsors will be recognized in the official program in a listing of all sponsors
    (commitment must be received prior to deadline for final program for inclusion).
  • Signage recognizing all sponsors will be posted in the Registration Area.
  • Sponsorship forms must be submitted by June 15, 2016 for inclusion in the Final Program.

Premier Partnership Level

Sponsorships of $15,000.00+ - highest level available.

Benefits Include:

  • Ability to sponsor specific event (such as a luncheon, reception, etc) with appropriate signage.
  • Sponsor may place a 10X10 display booth in a designated area throughout the conference.
  • Four complimentary registrations.
  • Full page ad in Final program (include specifications camera ready high resolution – confirm with graphic artist).
  • Premier signage recognizing Premier Partnership Level Sponsorship in the registration area.

Premier Partnership - Sign Up

Diamond Level

Sponsorships of $10,000.00 - second highest level available.

Benefits include:

  • Three complimentary registrations.
  • Half page ad in Final program (include specifications camera ready high resolution – confirm with graphic artist).
  • Premier signage recognizing Diamond Level Sponsorship in the registration area.
  • May place promotional material on materials table near the registration-desk.
