From Virginia
Richmond and Points South:
I-95 North to I-395 North; Take exit 10 (GW Parkway South); Take Airport Exit
Manassas and Points West:
I-66 East; Route 110 South to Route 1 South; Take Airport Exit
From Dulles International Airport (IAD)
There is no dedicated shuttle service between the airports. Use the map to get driving directions, or consider using one of the Dulles ground transportation providers. Each airport is served by Metro, taxis and shared-ride vans. The least expensive option is to connect to Metrorail trains via Silver Line Express bus or Metrobus Route 5A, then ride trains to the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport station.
From Maryland
Baltimore and Prince George's County:
I-95 South over Woodrow Wilson Bridge into Virginia; Route 1 North; Take Airport Exit
Frederick & Montgomery Counties:
I-270 South towards Washington, DC; I-495 South towards Northern Virginia; George Washington Memorial Parkway South; Take Airport Exit
From Washington, DC:

For Parking
Enter Garage A on the West side of the airport. The Entrance (adjacent to the car rental return entrance) provides access to levels 4 and 5 of the garage - the only levels available for public parking. Connected by covered walkway to Terminal A. For Metro
The Blue and Yellow lines of the Washington, DC Metrorail system service DCA. The airport has an elevated Metrorail station connected to the concourse level of Terminals B and C. To get to Terminal A, go to either end of the train platform and exit the station towards the parking garage. Take the elevator or stairway to the street level below and board any "Airport Shuttle" bus to Terminal A. More info here.
